After you decide on one of our properties, we typically have the commercial lease filled out within two business days. With the information in hand, we are available to answer any questions you may have. We always include an easy to follow list of all the necessary requirements you need to complete before the landlord will accept the lease.
When all information is in and accepted by the landlord, we put together a packet of information and instructions specific for the space, including instruction on internet access, utilities, service requests, and all other documents needed as you settle into the building.
The first few weeks of your occupancy, we typically have someone stop by from time to time to see if you have any questions, comments or concerns. After that, we have service request processing that is simple and efficient should the need arise.
