Accounting
All management companies have this amenity, but not all are efficient. We have systems in place to minimize mistakes, including complete monthly detailed reporting and an annual budget. We provide remote deposit capture services which enable us to immediately deposit tenant checks and quickly identify any tenant issues.
Property Maintenance
We have an experienced team of maintenance personnel who can attend to needed repairs and maintenance 24/7. We are able to handle the arduous work that may need immediate attention, as well as maintenance for all commercial buildings in our care. Because emergencies will often occur on weekends and holidays, when it is impossible to get contractors to come out, it is imperative to have a competent maintenance staff on hand at all times. We also continually evaluate, qualify, and require vendors to submit bids for our work.

Due Diligence
When one of our clients is looking to purchase or sell their investment, we go in armed with our degrees in Architecture, and lead the way in the inspection and reports review process. We coordinate all consultants including the environmental reports, inspect structure and walls, parking lots, and audit every lease file, check zoning, review utility bills. We do whatever it takes to educate our clients so they may make an informed investment decision.
On-site Property Inspections
Performed rigorously to ensure a first class building with excellent maintenance. We inspect all buildings at least 2x per week.
Energy Use Analysis
Tracking building energy use is essential. By using past utility bills and obtaining information about the space, we can efficiently enter all of the data. We analyze everything to identify the optimal energy improvements to make.
Property Renovation
The property is old and looks it. Renovation can mean repainting the exteriors, replacing aged mechanical systems and carpets, anything to upgrade or improve the appearance. We also have extensive knowledge and experience in storm damaged roofs and fire damage to buildings.
Lower Your Costs
We work on lowering all our clients’ costs by checking and analyzing insurance and recurring transaction costs.
